In 2023, we will be running one late Summer farm retreat from 8th to 10th September 2023.
WHAT HAPPENS?
Day 1 Arrive at your SUP retreat from 4pm and we will welcome you and show you to your Yurt. The hot tub will be ready so why not relax after the journey with a soak before everyone arrives. 6pm - you will set off with Les AKA The Dales Dipper for a guided wild swimming session. Return for hot drinks and a delicious 2 course dinner.
Day 2 a hearty breakfast will be served in the onsite Farm Cafe, Berry’s. After you will be picked up and taken to Lake Semerwater for a 2 hour SUP session with Danny and his team from SUP Active Yorkshire. Develop new skills, build on old ones or simply explore this beautiful natural lake. Return to the Farm for a hot lunch and this will then be followed by a 1 hour Mindfulness Walk & a 1 hour Breathwork workshop. The rest of the afternoon will be yours to enjoy the views and soak up life in the hot tub. Tonight will be full of foraged cocktails & wild feasting.
Day 3 another hearty breakfast in the Farm Cafe before checking out and saying goodbye to your new friends.

Arrival is from 4pm on the Friday and departure is after breakfast/brunch on the Sunday. The price is £499pp and is fully inclusive. A £150pp non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the retreat. Find out more here.
