The Temple Folly
The Temple is an 18th-Century Grade II listed folly in its own small copse on the North side of the Leyburn to Hawes road in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
The accommodation is perfectly compact, comprising of two octagonal rooms connected by a stone staircase and outside balcony.
A wood-fired couples hot tub provides the perfect place to relax and unwind, with a fire pit to accompany an evening's stargazing.
The Temple enjoys magnificent views across Wensleydale to Bolton Castle (which is often floodlit at night) to the north and the Lower Force at Aysgarth Falls to the west.
Easy to find, close to the main road, yet very secluded with high trees and wall. The nearest villages are Aysgarth which is just over a mile away and West Witton which is 2 miles away. Askrigg, Leyburn and Hawes are also within a short drive.
