Gavin Swift, Head Chef at Berry’s
Born in Rotherham and brought up in Wensleydale, Gavin has spent his career cooking in Yorkshire and across the North of England.
His passion is sourcing and championing the very best seasonal produce that the area has to offer, be it Lamb in Springtime or Grouse in August. He thrives of making tantalisingly good, locally sourced food! He joins us with an impressive list of achievements including gaining entry to the Great Britain & Ireland edition of the Michelin Guide as well as awarded AA Rosettes from his last two positions. We’re so excited to welcome him, having joined in December 2017 (plenty of fans already!) and we look forward to sharing the experience of eating his amazing Wensleydale inspired dishes!
